We use your data to: confirm and manage your booking; send you pre-lesson information; contact you about changes or cancellations; send post-session photos (if applicable); and respond to enquiries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to fulfil your booking), legitimate interest (to manage our business operations), and consent (for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time).
4. Data Retention
We retain booking data for 3 years for accounting and legal purposes. Contact enquiries are retained for 12 months unless a booking results. You may request deletion at any time (subject to legal obligations).

We use Altegio for booking management and Resend for email delivery. These services process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
